Yay, proper Win8 support (wish I never upgraded to this stupid OS).

The new Titan skin looks fantastic, time to have another play!

Nice one, congrats! :) I'll have to give it a try some time.

keen to hear from any up-graders on whether they have any issues. I'm currently on 1.2 and this update looks pretty slick so keen to get it but being my only entertainment source I'm a little hesitant.

I've been running MP 1.3 Final for around 2 weeks now and I haven't had any issues. I don't recommend running MP1.3 with Win8 though, I found channel changes were really slow in Win8 and the only advantage was start up time from cold boot was way faster (Resume from standby was only 1 second faster).

Upgraded yesterday and no issues so far. I also had a run with 1.3 Beta which was also very good, but I swapped back to 1.2.3 when the skins I wanted took a while to upgrade.

Having the ability to change settings in the GUI is fantastic. Takes the whole product one step closer to capturing some of the XBMC/WMC crowd that don't like MP due to the fact its harder to setup.

Anyway, will let you know if I have any issues but so far its stable and the new features make it well worth the upgrade. Still have to check out how well the internal bluray player interacts with my bluray collection though.

This is great news, I'll check it out. I've finally solved all the problems with my Ivy Bridge build (by adding a halfway decent video card and dumping the onboard HD 4000) so it's time for an MP upgrade. 1.2 has been very reliable.

Upgraded my server and clients yesterday and working great so far.
Just need to wait for Argus TV to catch up now.

I'm just using the new DefaultWide skin as the text in the Titan skin is a bit too small to read on my TV.
Not sure if there is a way to increase the text size.

Seems to have fixed the issue I was having when waking up the main client PC from standby and MediaPortal crashing 99% of the time.

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.
