Hi everyone,

i recently purchased a Sony NS410, with it plugged in and with me following the iPhone App guide that i downloaded onto my iph, i still cant get it working.  Each time it says "setup Failed".

I asked a friend who is far more tech savy then i, and he said the Thomson TG585v8 cant handle "airplay".

Can anyone offer any further advice on what i could do to get this working, or do i need to simply get a better router.

Many thanks..

I have used a Thomson router in the past (free from Telecom) and I found my wifi performance improved dramatically after I threw it in the bin...

Presumably replacing it with something else?

+1
I had two go belly up on me (one kept rebooting and was replaced by Telecom and the other slowed down to near dial-up regularly) so I now have a Netcomm NB6Plus. No more problems. The Thomsons were real rubbish.

Thanks for the advice guys, I'm by no means as computer savy as those here, so all advice is much appreciated. What brand router would you all recommend to replace my thomson for home use, and be suitable for my Sony NS to connect to.
Many thanks
