Can you use EPG Centre to do a transport stream dump of 602 or 650 mhz?

The option is under Run. A 30 second dump should be enough.

Upload it somewhere and post the link. I can process it here and sort the problem out with your help.

And try selecting one of the Arabic options in Character Set field on the Advanced tab.

Thanks for the file. I found an error in the EIT text handling.

Download and install this fixpack (just unzip it over your install).

On the Advanced tab make sure the Character Set is Undefined.

Can you let me know if it works?

Thanks

Steve

Thanks for letting me know the results.

To your question the answer is no.

You should set up a Windows task to do it. There is a description of how to do it in the ReadMe section 2.2.2

Dear Steve,

i have some question again

"start time" and "stop time" field in output xml file have +0430 that its local time of tehran(in summmer time)
but i think it's add to time for once, for example:
DomainObjects/4.1.4867.24541  20130501010000 +043020130501011500 +0430102????? 20:30
this program is NEWS at 20:30 but here at 1:00 and have +0430 term at right side!!!

is +04:30 obtain from ts packet (TOT) or in windows setting?

can u send me a xml file saved in your country? (to compare)

Regards,

+4.30 is the offset from UTC and it is taken from Windows. The start/stop times are local.

An example here in NZ is

20130506180000 +1200

It is a news programme that is broadcast at 6.00 pm. We are currently UTC + 12.

These formats are correct. Many people have been using the xmltv file created by EPG Collector for a long time with no problems.
