If so what are your thoughts? Thinking of getting one to hook up to a 40" V series Bravia.

Supposed to be decent  (upscaling)players, 720p/1080i/1080p upscaling and Component/DVI/HDMI outputs , but it realy depends on your TV's built in scaler & resolution as you may just end up rescaling anyhow.
