Hey guys, just thought id let you guys know, I think they have disappeared.

1 1/2 weeks ago I ordered a tv wallmount adapter from there website. 1 week and nothing had turned up. In the past 3 days I've rung 5 times, leaving 2 messages, emailed still no response.
Today I found a cellphone number on trademe and rung that - It rung but went to answer phone, which said I couldnt leave a message because the box was full.

Thinking I'm lucky I paid via paypal.

itsavy.co.nz seems they have a shop in CHCH

There postage was $4 cheaper then the other place I found....Shame, tv is still sitting on the floor.

"Their" shop looks more like a warehouse.

They're at 6 Caton Street in Sydenham if anyone is nearby and wanted to do a driveby to see if they're still trading but it sounds like they're probably not.

Other address is listed as 132 Wordsworth Street, Sydenham, one will be his home address probably.

And sooner rather than later, you want your name as high up the list as possible if they have gone into receivership.

I opened a dispute with PayPal yesterday, but I have to escalate it. Which might look bad if I don't give him any time to reply? I have 20days to escalate so figured a week would be fair

Very suspicious, I wonder if they are actually trading, or just a random bloke sitting at his computer pretending to be a business.

I've purchased things (satellite dishes, cabling, HDMI cables) from them directly in the past and there were no issues at all.
But maybe something has changed?

there has just been no response from any attempt to contact, so i think either something has happened to the person, or the business has gone.

Hi there

If you are not running any more I would suggest putting a note on your website saying this and making it so people cannot order anything from you any more.
Also you might want to contact your existing customers saying this as well.

You say you had problems with your email.. but from the Original Posted said you where non contactable via Phone as well.

Maybe you want to give people an contact phone number that gets answered/email address people can contact you one if they have any more issues regarding you closing shop.
