As per $SUBJECT.

The US site seems to only deliver in the US.

The NZ site http://myaccount.mytivo.co.nz/shop/ sends you to the Aussie site.

The Aussie site doesn't appear to have the SlidePro. https://shop.mytivo.com.au/online/nz

set up an account, and use their US delivery address. When it gets to their warehouse, they will ask for a NZ delivery address and tell you how much the postage to NZ is.
