Hey hey,

I'm a long time, albeit, very simple, MediaPortal user.

For some strange reason I decided to do a reinstall today, and subsequently had a play with some of the pluggins that I have never got to do what I want.

My question is... Can I get TVSeries to work nicely with TV Series recorded from Freeview?

I dont download content, so all my tv/movies/etc comes from freeview.
Unfortunately, the metadata we get in the EPG is pretty crappy, and seldom (if ever) contains the Season/Episode (SxxExx) data in the right place.
I have noticed, however, that we are starting to get more SxxExx data appended on the end of the Comment field (or he beginning).
eg.

<value>New Episode. Fugitive criminal mastermind Red Reddington (James Spader) offers to help the FBI apprehend a long list of criminals, but only if he can work with rookie agent Elizabeth Keen. S1 Ep1</value>

OK, long story short, does anyone have a solution that works with NZ TV / Freeview that results in correctly named files and/or TV Series that works seamlesly?

edit: Not sure if it's relevant, but im using DVB-T

Weird, i can't edit my post any more, and that extract from the .xml file has been cut off somehow.

It should look like this...
