I think the problem is as the TV card is tuned with WMC8, it won't allow another program to use it. I found this before when I tuned WinTv7 after WMC8 tune and lost the 1st one.

I'm finding that the Terrestrial EPG will only appear in WMC8 when I live the channel, and it only gives 2 hours of guide, which is why I thought EPG collector with its dump would be awesome.

So EPG collector has all the right details and frequencies, I even checked online, Mt Erin 570, 586, 602Mhz. That's why I think its this on program only deal.

Please help.
