Setting up a new HTPC with some old parts so could anyone recommend me a cheapie USB DVB-T tuner that will work on Windows 8?

Or does anyone know if these work on Windows 8?

I just taped the little aerial to the window, and it works great -- however I do have a good view of the transmitter out my window...

The mini stick is.

The manual you can download for the other stick only indicates Win7 as compatible.

Anyone recommend the Avermedia on over the Hauppauge? Will probably go for the Hauppauge.

i put an avermedia twinstar in mums HTPC and it works flawlessly. ignore the avermedia software and the included remote is not universal, so will not control WMC/XBMC etc. i just got a HP remote and receiver off ebay instead.
