Hi,
Just looking to make a cabinet of some sort

Is it ok to set up the subwoofer lying on its side? I mean i terms of sound as well.

Ive been checking this site out for a while now, but HAD to join when i saw this question.

I hope your not meaning that you want to build an entertainment unit and place your subwoofer (box and all) in to a compartment of it! THIS IS WRONG!

It will sound terrible, vibrate the whole cabinet and upset other equipment in the unit.

If your just asking about a box for your subwoofer, then ignore the above and check out the appropriate link above.
