Hi

I am looking for an aftermarket USB dongle to connect my TV to the internet.

TV is LG 50PK550

and LG dongle is  AN-WF100 USB wi-fi connector, this is no longer made.

does it have a standard ethernet port? Your other option is a wireless bridge - then cable to that.

I
t connects to your wifi network then whatever you plug in to the cable gets network.

Many older TVs will only work with the specific brand adapter - they do this so you're forced to buy it from them at an inflated price. While you could try another generic adapter, there is no guarantee it will work.

As mentioned above a bridge may be the best option.
