I Have a pic at one end of my house with hours of music on it.

I want to run a cable from my pic room to my deck at the other end and do one of two things

1. Get outdoor speakers and wire them around my deck. My question here is where do I get good priced outdoor speakers from? What makes an outdoor speaker outdoor use?

2. My other option is I have Bluetooth speakers so want to somehow take the music playing from my pic to a transmitter close to my deck and send it from there to my speaker via Bluetooth, how can I do this?

I got some small rock shaped outdoor speakers off amazon for US$99 for 4, used shipito for this lot as I was wanting to combine and repack with a whole lot of other stuff, so cant say what the exact portion of the freight was to get to NZ.

Otherwise try surplustronics for some of the white boxey outdoor speakers.

Im driving them off a small class-T amplifier off ebay or aliexpress - cant recall which one. Gets loud enough to annoy neighbours so more power isnt really needed.

Yeah, this ^

(or setup the PC as a media server and stream to a phone/tablet connected to the speaker via BT)

Use a raspberry pi as a media server? Connect to the pc via wifi. Then wire to the speakers, or bt.
