Hi all, I bought a new TV two weeks ago and seem to be having an issue with the EPG.

When I am on a TVNZ based channel, I go into the EPG and it displays correct information for all channels.

When I change to TV3 or any MediaWorks broadcasted channel, I get the incorrect information as displayed below:

I've factory reset and retuned my TV countless times. Still not working properly.

Wondering if anyone can help, please!

I cant recall if it was that way last night - but on monday it looked like mediaworks (TV3/4 etc) had no guide information showing.
So its not likely to be your TV.

I just plugged in my old TV with Freeview HD built-in and it has the same issue. My friend is also experiencing the same fault.

I emailed Freeview directly but as usual they told me to contact Mediaworks. Any thoughts on how to bring this to their attention?

Probably http://www.mediaworks.co.nz/TV/ContactUs.aspx
Worth giving them a call or email

I also see that the guide appears only to go up to Sunday at the moment for all the channels.

Hi, I have a similar issue. My EPG via EPG collector in Media center stops at midnight sunday. Will keep an eye on this post.

My NAS-based DVBLink install gets the guide information from http://epg.org.nz/freeview.xml.gz which also doesn't show any data after midnight Sunday.

Amosnz, do you use EPG collector to load the EPG? I tried changing my EPGC configuration to Hamilton and got some channels through to the 15th. The end date for all channels was the 15th. When I change back to Te Aroha I am stuck with a guide that runs out on Sunday. Do we have any alternative if our guide data stops on Sunday 12.00?

Is anyone's EPG up and running yet? My one is still finishing up Sunday. That's good news that there was/is some kind of glitch.

No I dont use EPG Collector, I just pull the zipped XML file from the earlier link as an EPG source in DVBLink.
I dont know who or how that file is created, so I sure hope it corrects itself sometime today.

Still having issues but slightly different. The EPG this morning when loading it on a Mediaworks channel shows guide info for 2pm this afternoon on the now/next page.

Stupid thing.

I MANUALLY RUN EPG collector yesterday which took my guide to Thursday midnight but when it run last night on a task schedule it did not update to Friday as usual. I am suspecting the EPG data may be sent every few days instead of every day.
