Anyone else running Media Portal notice the EPG data appears to be one hour late for tonight. Just noticed in time and switched back tp GBPVR.

Is there something I forgot to do?

Cheers Mike

What are you using as the EPG source, and have you applied the Daylight savings patch to windows?

Generally known online as OpenMedia, now working for Red Hat APAC as a Technology Evangelist and Portfolio Architect. Still playing with MythTV and digital media on the side.

Hi Openmedia

I am using the EPG data from the DVB-S card. I did apply the patch to my Windows XP but the EPG data in the Media Portal database actually contained the wrong times i.e. all one hour ahead of what they should be.  So I guess MP or Windows converted the times during the EPG load. Interestingly GBPVR loaded the EPG data correctly from the same card.

In the end I deleted the MP database and reinstalled the TV engine (which rebuilt a new database) and now it has the EPG data loaded correctly.

Cheers Mike
