Ok, so I recently got my MySky box switched because the HDD failed on it. I'm having some sort of a problem again with the replacement box.

Basically, when I'm recording a program on a channel and then, while recording, I change the channel, I can't see any of the other channels but the one I'm recording. If I stop the recording, it goes back to normal and I can see the other channels. Also, if I've set to record a program and at the time of the recording I'm not viewing that channel, it will show up as FAILED.

Whats going on?

Sounds like an issue with the tuner setup, Ring Sky, they will sort it (thats why you pay them so much)

It sounds like one of your tuners has got locked up. The way out is to do a soft reboot from the front panel (back and select buttons together).

Thanks for the replies. Called them and they made me do a forced firmware upgrade (back and the select buttons together
and then power, up, down, power)

It's all working now!
