Hi sam there are plenty of threads on this, but what LNB do you have, is it a single throat or a dual throat with an oval radome, this is important, as we need to know otherwise no one can tell you what details to enter.

Essentially the answers will be 11300 or 10750. for the LOF's and the switching frequency should be 12750 if you want to use just the first LOF.

Thanks i had a look on my sky reciver and it said the LNB was 10750 if that is helpful
and for the high LOF i just leave it at 12750?? also i have done some looking and for the satellite i have put in 160 East for location and for scan frequency i have put 12483000 & 12456000 both with H pol and Auto FEC with a symbol rate of 22500000 also the switch type at gives me an option of, none, DiSEqC, 22KHz or 13V/18V

Thanks for your help :)

Hey Sam,
What PVR software are you using with the card? Checkout Mediaportal TV Server. See my link below.

Set the LO both low and high to 10750, set the switching frequency to 12750 to prevent the card from generating 22kHz which it thinks it uses to select LO but infact in your LNB would switch it to 156E (C1)

As for the switch setting select none.

If that does not work, one final option is to set the switching frequency to 0

Card not supported coz you tried it and it didn't work or because it's not specifily listed as a supported card? becuase it's worth giving it a go. If the card uses a BDA driver then it should work fine in MediaPortal TVServer.

cheers,

Are there any other drivers avalaible? If you can find a MCE2005 driver it should be BDA and so it should work with MP have you check the MP forums?
