It appears that some of feeds such as this and C7 that were on B3 are being temporarily moved to D1, presumably until D2 moves into it's spot.

hmmm, thanks for that, will check it out later.

Gah, why do they always have to be on vertical :( I can't play with vertical without upsetting other household members

:edit: I could pick up SCTV Central using 5100 instead of 5800, got nothing at all on 5800. Just a different variety of crap at the end of the day :)

That has been my observation of Network TV from most parts of the world, the programming is just the same as our network but maybe a week/month in advance or behind, we dont really miss out on many significant primetime programs that circulate the globe. And for that reason I would rather watch the local versions of Network TV than bother chasing various feeds.

Only things I have every really bothered spending time getting are the likes of DW, which is a Journal channel and in my view one of the best of its type out there.

Agreed, I really enjoy DW.  I think it's excellent how they split the programming half German, half English.  Makes it accessible for non-German speakers, as well as those of us who speak German.

The only reason I chase Australian feeds is to get sport I can't get here (eg AFL).  Anything else is either shown here, or can be found as video on demand in other corners of cyberspace  Wink

Finding other channels is just more a proof of concept at this time of year.
