After being in the hands of our 2 year old daughter for less than a minute the remote for our Samsung SmartHub bluray player is no longer able to control our Samsung TV. It alway has in the past. Normally when we push a button that relates to the TV then a small "TV" button lights up for a second. This light still flashes but the function we tried to do ..........doesn't. I have looked through everything in the user manual and have been Googleing non-stop for the last hour but no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Cheers,
Chris

Is there a way to reset the remote? Pull the batteries overnight maybe?

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

No go I'm afraid. I have made sure the Anynet+ thing is on for all devices using their respective remotes but still no go. The remote is sending a signal to the TV as the red LED on the front of the TV flashes when any TV function (say volume for example) is selected on the remote. The problem is of course that nothing else happens.
