So I recently got my MySky box switched because the HDD failed on it. Today I was going to buy a PPV movie and I had to put my PIN in it as usual for that. The thing is, I kept putting in the PIN I had on the old box which they exchanged instead of the default PIN the box comes with (1234 or 0000 I think). After 3 unsuccessful attempts, it now says to contact my service provider so I take it that I stuffed it up. I turned it off and back on and it gives me another 3 attempts. I tried 0000, 1234 and even by DOB. Won't work. Anything I can try and do before I contact Sky?
