More information might help. It's hard to even venture a suggestion without knowing things like:
- what type of sky decoder?
- how is it connected to the TVs, using what types of cables?
- how long are the cable runs?

If using the modulator built into a set top box, this is normal. they are only made to drive a single TV over a short cable run.

If you have the external one on a mysky (box with LED numbers) then there is something wrong with your cabling, those output a crapload of signal.

Also, if you are mixing the modulator with an off air antenna so you can see freeview as well as the sky then you might just be on a noisy channel. 700MHz mobile sites are coming online around the place, which is in the space that used to be vacent and ideal to set up RF modulators on. Spark have done heaps in the waikato recently. So location may help, as well as when it started.

Are you sure its not just the picture quallity?

RF (even without any signal issues) looks bad on a 40+" TV.
