Hi, new to this website and after hours of searching for help I cannot find an answer. We have a Panasonic Smart Tv (Ultra HD 4k) and are moving to Australia at the end of the year. Will all the features work? I know the freeview won't work but Im more concerned about the 'smart tv' side of things - access websites, netflix etc?

The only thing that may not work is the EPG.
Australia uses the same standard as NZ for freeview, I am pretty sure it will also work for their HD digital ( MPEG2 ) system.
If you factory reset your TV it probably will ask you to say where in the world you are.
