slightly desperate question. Helping out an elderly neighbour (in a resthome) who has moved rooms. her tv was wall mounted, but is now off the wall. The original stand was found...but of course  the five screws that attached the base to the tv were not!. I cant find the precise model online as a schematic or manual- it is a VN37A3LED.

it takes 5 bolts, not huge of course wondering if anyone can suggest the size...somehow....or I'll have to take the TV in I suppose!
cheers

Theo

Have you tried emailing the Warehouse and asking them?

They might be able to tell you. I have always found their customer service to be pretty good.

Your local store should be able to order them in. All they need is the model number

Usually they are M6 screws but you need to know the length

How did you go? I have the exact same problem :)

I've got sets of screws from other things that seem to be the same size but are a different thread. I think I'm gonna have to take the stand into a hardware store.
