Hi,

I'm in the process of setting up EPG Collector for the first time on my HTPC running DVBLink TVSource. I am at the step where I need to match each channel to the EPG Collector guide but EPG Collector is not showing as a source even though it scans OK in TVSource in an earlier step.

I've run the Update DVBLogic Plugin Module already.

Any ideas where I might be going wrong?

I think you may need to run a collection with the plugin (ie scan on the TVSource EPG tab) before you can match the channels.

I have done that already and it finds the channels I am after. They just don't show as a source to assign to my channels...

Try asking on the DVBLogic forum here http://forum.dvblogic.com/viewforum.php?f=56

I use DVBLink on my NAS and setup an EPG source using http://epg.org.nz/freeview.xml.gz

It wont help you with the EPG Collector setup, but might allow you to verify everything else is working.

Thanks but I know the DVBLink guide update is working as I am currently downloading a guide from a friend.  I want to collect my own guide data in future so I don't have to bug him every time something goes wrong but just cannot get EPG Collector to show as a source to map to my channels.

When I get some time I will post something on the DVBLink forums.
