I bought a new Harmony 650 remote in the weekend. I cannot for the life of me reprogram the screen buttons. No matter what I do, the buttons remain as they were out of the box. Please help.

Try removing the sticker over the screen! ;-)

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

hehehe

If it is the sticker, I have seen that before with a cordless phone - customer brought it back to me saying it wasn't working - removed the sticker and wahoo, all working.

Just to clarify, you are programming the buttons using the myharmony software on your computer?

When I was setting up the remote for the first time I thought it might be funny to post a photo of it with sticker still in place saying what I did.  But I had to pull the corner of the sticker off enough so it was obvious in the photo that the sticker was still in place. :-).  I was in a silly mood...
