Just come across with this LG commercial display unit while I was searching for 42" TV

Because it was package damage, I was able to get it cheaper than normal FHD 49" LG TV, still comes with manufacture's warranty.

Now I wonder would it be good for TV replacement or should it use for something else.

I'm thinking about getting Panasonic TV recorder for watching TV and records + LightBox.

Can anyone suggest reasonable priced sound-bar? That screen has no speaker built-in.
