Got one of these for xmas, and its sounds awesome. It looks awesome, its easy to control the multi room make groups etc. We were tossing up between a Sonos and this, this one looks a hell of a lot more styles in our new home.

But sometimes the device disappears from my spotify sometimes, its kind of annoying. I did a firmware upgrade on it hoping that it would fix it, but it still seems to do this sometimes. This is still a fairly new product and I suspect if it is a bug it will get fixed. Also i wonder if our WiFi is a bit overloaded with devices the access point I am using is not the greatest. I plan on buying something high quality soon. Anyone else had this issue and overcome it?

Bump.

Has anyone used one of these at all or is the product so new that no one has I know it was only released about 6 months ago. Which might count for some of the bug problems?

The product is not that bad. It sounds great and looks really cool. The spotify/tidial streaming works fine. Its just a bit annoying that sometimes the device has disappeared from my devices and its usually because it appears to have gone into some standby mode. Infact if they fix it I will buy some more of these speakers they sound awesome.

Sorry for the hi-jack...

Is LG still supporting Music Flow or have they walked away?

Have you looked up reviews to see if other people are having the same problem .I have several  Tivoli radios, and they have great sound with good bass, and they look very cool. But they are a bit temperamental I have found, including crackly POTs on the volume and charging ability on one died fairly early on.

I suspect the issue you are having possibily could be related to something going into low power mode, and it not reconnecting. Possibly software related in the device. If your router has logging, it may tell you what caused it to disconnect.
