Debating where best to locate this query, but figure it's more HTPC related than XB1 Gaming.

I'm using a computer to find a stream URL that works for me, and then using the VLC app on the Xbox One to view this same stream.

Sometimes the URLs for these are massive and I wonder if there's a way to copy and paste such links between a computer and the Xbox One?

VLC on Xbox One is in Beta form, and there's little support info for it.

Maybe I'm doing it fundamentally wrong.  There's an edge browser on the Xbox, should I find the link I'm after there maybe?

Actually I guess I could use something like https://www.hlsplayer.net/ direct from the edge browser in full screen.  That makes more sense.

Anyhow, wondering how others are doing this.

Assume there is a right click to copy option on the Xbox One if I plug in a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse?
