From the Dom Post:

Sky Television is to launch an internet television service this month.

Sky Online will let its 720,000 pay-TV subscribers download programmes to a personal computer to watch when they choose.

The service will be available exclusively to Sky subscribers, who will pay a $5 a month administration charge. The programmes they will be able to view will depend on the pay-TV packages they have signed up to.

TVNZ launched an Internet television service, TVNZ OnDemand, in March last year.

Most of its programming is free, but it charges for shows bought from overseas.

Does anyone have any details? This sounds cool, but going by Sky's history I suspect this will be a big disappointment.
