I want to replace my old sony receiver (VA80ES) with a new receiver which can do 5.1/7.1PCM  via HDMI from my PS3 which will be displayed on my DELL 2407WFP monitor (1080p)

I'm currently looking at

Yamaha RX-V563 or Sony STRDG910

Both allow multi channel PCM over HDMI, can handle 1080p video and are around the same price=$1199

Leaning a bit to the Yamaha side as it has analogue multi ch input jacks (for pc games)

suggestions?
