Just wondering if anyone can see any major difference in following systems.

Also I can't tell if they output dolby HD or just decode it:

panasonic-5.1-channel-3d-blu-ray-home-theatre-system-en.

lg-lhb655nw-home-theatre-system/

It is to replace an over 10 year one, and I prefer wireless rear speakers, though I know they have limitations and need power.

Mainly for watching movies, TV and in a small room.

Thanks in advance, from past brand dealings I normally have preference for LG TV's, so if they do sound systems just as good.

The LG appears to decode the high resolution soundtracks...

It may not be relevant to you, but for my next one I will be making sure that they have single remote command codes as opposed to stupid menu systems.
