Hi,

Hopefully I can get some help from you guy's.
I'm looking at getting a 32" Veon TV for my bedroom and want to be able to cast from my phone or stream YouTube, Netflix etc.
A friend gave me there Panasonic DMP-BDT220 bluray player which I've hooked up in my bedroom to Wi-Fi and got the newest firmware but I can't get my phone to cast to this.
I have a Panasonic DMR-HWT260GN in the lounge I can cast to easily and thought I'd be able to do the same with the other device but can't.
If I get a Chromecast would this fix the problem?

The Chromecast should work IF your phone is a relatively modern android one. I have certainly managed to cast lightbox, Plex, TVNZ on demand and TV3 on demand that way.

I don't, however, know how well the Chromecast will work with an iPhone.

My phone is Vodafone Smart Ultra 7 Android phone bought last year do reasonably new.
