When viewing free streams (mostly football very early on a Sunday morning!) via SPMC or Mobdro, I get a lot of buffering on my Mi Box 3.

Youtube works fine, Sky Go works fine (or as well as that rubbish app works), but constantly having buffering issues on the other 2.

Is this a problem at my end (Fritzbox 7560 on fibre constantly above 50MBps, connected via ethernet to USB adaptor), or a problem at the source?

If I sign up for a highly recommended IPTV, am I less likely to suffer from buffering?

I assume that the issue is more to do with large numbers of people trying to access the same free streams at the same time, but want to rule out anything at my end.

Any ideas?

Cheers

If you get clean streaming of the same resolution from other sources, the problem is unlikely to be at your end.

IPTV performance can be variable - if possible see if you can get a trial before forking over your $$$.
