Not really on topic, but related (I hope?).  Does anyone know where to get UV black light bulbs?  Ideally I'd like to get a CFL like this , i.e. something that will fit like a regular incandescent with E27 fitting.  I could go for incandescent if that's all that's available, but it has to be under 60W and I don't think they're as efficient?

Depending on where you are based, give either Surplustronics a call, or Lighting Supply Comany.

Surplustronics say they have some in stock, I'll go check them at lunchtime.  Cheers!

If you can get the spirals in a screw base I would be interested. I have only seen the long loopy ones, and a bayonet base.

Going in your downlights are they? Got UV reactive carpet too? :D

They only had the long loopy ones with a screw base, for $21.  It was good enough for me so I just got it, it's 25W and gives off a lot of light.  They did say that they get the spiral ones in bayonet.  J A Russell said their supplier had some for $34 or so, but I didn't ask specifically what the style was.
