They are tiny panels that work out to $80/sqm ... looking for full rolls at a more reasonable price

For 4kg/sqm density they should be around 5 linear metres per roll ... it is heavy stuff

I can probably help - we use some of this at work, I think it has a thin 6mm open celled foam laminated to it, will have to check Monday.  How much total are you after?  We may have offcut which would be full width but just not long lengths, would that possibly work or do you need full roll?  

If you don't mind me asking, what do you use this for?

The current project is to put under gib to soundproof (or at least significantly reduce sound) in a rumpus/garage area of a house that will be used sometimes with musical instruments.

Eventually I will use it for a house build where it will be used on some bedroom walls and home theatre area. 

So I am looking for the (2mm) thin stuff.
