Seems the fiji 'update' for media center has been released as an OEM install for new pcs in the US from mid July (Called Windows Media Center TV Pack). Does anyone know if this will be the only way to get the new features - buy an updated OS?

Any fiji testers that can comment? Was it a new install or was it an update to you existing vmc?

i think you're adding bits into that rumour.... it has been released *to* OEMs but there is nothing about them actually releasing it on new pc's yet.

microsoft have stated that that will make some announcements regarding this in september, untill then all the rumours and heresay are going to be unsubstantiated and many will be inaccurate
