Hi,

Just got MySky HD a couple of weeks ago and trying to get my Harmony 75 working with it. Read up on the forums and have set it up for the TDS-850NF as suggested.

Everything works well except that on the guide and you press up or down, it skips 2-3 channels at a time.

I have set the Response to '0' so you can 't get any lower than that.

Has anyone had similar problems and how did they fix it?

Cheers,

Debra.

Yea i have found the respone time on the harmony Log Tech remote one a pain. Runs through chans and settings far too fast so diff to set settings, not sure of work-around  yet will keep posted.

Go to the Logitech support site and log a question - seriously.  The Harmony has tons of configuration settings that cannot be changed from the configuration utility, only by Logitech tech support.  Tell them exactly what happens, and chances are in the next couple of days you'll get an email back from them telling you that "We've made some changes to your devices, please update your remote".  Pop open the Harmony software, plug in the remote, and hit the update button.  Worked a treat for me when I had an issue with the remote switching inputs on my AV receiver while still switching inputs on my TV (which caused the TV's input menu to close, fudging up the inputs).
