Considering getting a Logitech Harmony Hub.

Question: Can I voice control my TV with this?

I've got the Alexa Echo Hub.

My Sony TV isn't Android, but the KD-49X7000PSDE

https://pro.sony/en_NZ/products/small-displays/kd-49x7000psde

On the Logitech Harmony Hub website, it lists the KD-49X7000D and KD-49X7000E, but not KD-49X7000PSDE.

Harmony Hub works with Sony TVs but itself does not have any voice command capability.

You would need a smart speaker such as Amazon Alexa or Google Homes to control the Harmony Hub which in turn controls the TV

Yep, I've got the Amazon Alexa Echo Hub.

So although my Sony TV hasn't got voice control by itself, it will then work in this case (by using the Logitech Hub and Amazon Alexa Echo Hub?)

Yep, you should be able to.

Set up controls in the hub, which involve the TV and then add skills to the Echo for it.

I have set up an Echo to turn on a non smart TV & also turn Lifx lights and LED strip, when asked.

I dont think you actually need Harmony to control Sony TVs from Alexa or Google Homes, you can control the TV directly from these smart speakers.
