LG 65UM7660 2019 model.

Currently 2 features I'm having real issues with.

 

1. Intelligent Voice Control(Voice Mate): It's 99% miss, 1 percent hit with this feature. Pressing/holding the Mic button on the LG magic remote allows me to change channel/volume, switch TV off amongst other things. Problem is it rarely works. I mostly get "Voice Not Recognised. Please Try Again". Even if I say nothing within 1 sec I get "Voice Not Recognised. Please Try Again". Any ideas, others LG users using this feature successfully? I have changed the Voice control to UK/AU etc...english to no effect.
2. Edit channel list: I like to re-order my channel list. Using the Settings >> Program Edit feature I can re-order channels but with seconds/minutes they revert back to their original order in which they were scanned. I've switched Ch4 Bravo for Ch10 Prime so Ch4 = Prime, but within seconds it reverts back or adds Prime as a 2nd Ch4. What am I missing?
