Can you hook up mysky and myskyhd to your pc Via usb and you can playing and download all the stuff you record ?? or how do you put it on the pc?

No you can't. There is no way of getting anything you record to mysky onto a pc other than capturing the output of a composite or svideo jack or other video output.
