Does anyone know if there are any older style AGP cards that can do hardware acceleration of 720p movies of the harddrive?

My current system

Mobo - Gigabyte GA-7VKML-P (Supports AGP X4 / FSB 200-266)
Cpu - AMD Athlon XP, 1800 MHz (13.5 x 133) 2200+
Ram - 1GB PC2100 + 256MB PC2100
Video - AGP Geforce4 MX 440 (64MB)
Display - Dell 24" Widescreen 1920x1200 LCD
Operating System - XP Pro SP3

I'm not expecting to run as an HTPC as i already have one, this computer will be primarly used to play a few games (older style), however it would be nice to be able to play a few 720p movies from the hard-drive.  I am not interested in mediaportal / live-TV or anything like that, as that would be definitely impossible.  I am looking at overclocking the system and adding a sub $100 second hand graphics card from trademe.  Are there any options that would acheive hardware acceleration for 720p?

HTPC / Home automation (home assistant) enthusiast.
