Model LC-15B4M Missing mains adaptor that normally runs it, but I would lke to use it in 12V motorhome.
The connector hole on the set is 10mm square with 10 prongs in it. Any ideas, thanks

Take it to a tv repairman

They will probably be able to pull out the connector and replace it with a standard type. The service department at the company i used to work for did it for motorhomes quite often.

Basically if they had a plug and an adaptor in the workshop floating around they would stick the plug on the end of the cable and pair it with an inverter or wire up a 12v supply to it.

Thanks, Ray. I've had the back off, just to try what you suggested, but the fitting (with it's multitude of prongs/contacts) is soldered onto the motherboard. I'm thinking that a techie might need to see the circuit daigram before ripping it off?
Any other ideas? chps
