I am trying to resolve a technical issue with a product purchased a few years ago. I have logged a ticket, but I have reached the point where I feel escalation needs to occur. I have tried to escalate via the ticket, failed, and now I am wondering what else I can try.
I am tempted to try the nuclear option and contact the CEO Thorsten Loesch so he can push it down to someone of the appropriate paygrade but I haven't been successful in finding his email.
Perhaps my google fu has failed, but if someone knows what it is, or can find it, and perhaps PM it to me, I'd appreciate it.
