Check out the following thread on the NMT forums - especially the comment from Syabas on AAC-HE LOAS support

http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showthread.php?tid=9478&pid=83480#pid83480

They don't say when (a matter of time) but at least it's on the radar and as sub noted in another thread, the SDK from Sigma has the appropriate routines to support this audio.  Let's hope they put this higher in the dev list than some of the esoteric stuff they seem to like to fix like foreign language subtiles in MKV with Ogg Vorbis audio

Thats good to hear lchui7. Hope on the horizon yet

I put in a pre-order for an A110 to go with my A100, but I'm thinking it's been lost since I haven;'t had my invitation, and it's be a month or so.

Yes, I was thinking of getting another A100 (don't need the functions of the A110 since I don't need DTS decoding or SATA drive capability) for my living room to replace a non HD media player. Alas the falling NZD isn't helping!

I wanted it for the Optical out, and the SATA as I'll be having a few spare SATA drives becoming free when I buy a 1.5 TB.

Also on the power switch, I never turn mine off.. the difference between standby and on was 1w, and the startup time from cold is too slow...

Don't feel the need to insert drives in the PCH - all my content is on a server. And don't need optical out either - my AVR has both optical and coax input connections.

Hope they get the audio fixed soon though
