Don't think so, especially considering some of the comments on the official forums.
However I'm very excited about the new zoom options and the fixing of the video_ts stutter over SMB issue. Can't wait to try it tonight. The main site is struggling at 5KB/s downloads, I am having better luck pulling it down from hdd-player.de

I know what you mean - even the forums are stuggling to load!

I couldn't see anything in the release notes - But they do miss things out.

Had a quick look at it this morning before I left for work - And am very impressed with the improvements in the photo viewer.

Can't wait to do more investigating tonight!

I found that new zooming to be annoying.  Was good before.  I record off freeview and analogue so all the freeview stuff i'd force to 16:9 and all the analogue i'd force to 4:3 now with this new zoom, everything is full screen - seems PITA to me.

BTW someone was asking about freeview hd?  tv3 with AC3 is ok, but tv1 and 2 still no sound.

Installed it myself with no problems. Nothing useful for me in this release apart from the zoom feature and apparently improved iso performance. I actually like the zoom feature. I hadn't noticed that on my 1368x768 RP TV running at 1080i, that even HD recorded broadcasts were getting overscanned and therefore som truncation of the image (nothing important though). Now I can zoom down to 94% and see the entire pictures as transmitted.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.

I figured it out, i didn't have my tv shape set correctly - it was defaulted to 4:3.  Once I sorted that the zooming went as I expected.

No, not much in there for me either.  Found my harddrive spinning up all the time, but that was these new casgle services they were running, kind of like a podcast system.
