If I turn off / start / restart the system, all is fine.
If I select "sleep" instead of "turn off", the system goes to sleep as expected and wakes up from keyboard (did not try scheduled recording but it should be the same). Then, an error window shows up, named "Windows Script Host" and saying the fololowing:

Script:  C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\restart.vbs
Line:    21
Char:    1
Error:    The system cannot find the file specified
Code:   80070002
Source: (null)

The only button available is OK, I press Enter and then MP goes to Home menu, not live tv as usual.
I select "My TV" and then MP gives me the "unable to start graph" error.
I cannot go past this whatever I do, I have to restart pc.
I can check tv guide and watch recorded shows, but not live tv !

After restart, as I said, it goes straight into live tv, same channel I watched last time, as it is supposed to do and everything is fine. Until I decide to try the "sleep" again, maybe it is working now... but it is not. Same behaviour on Hibernation. I used to t/shift on a RAM disk, but now it is back on HDD, this did not change anything. I am sure the sleep was working fine with RC2.

Any ideas, please?

My first suggestion would be collect up all your logs after reproducing the problem, and post them in the support section of the Mediaportal forums. Could be a common error or bug.

have you actually looked to see if restart.vbs exists in that location?
If it doesn't I can send you mine. It's just a simple script set to kill mediaportal and restart it on resume from sleep or you can disable it completely by changing the configuration to not restart mp on resume.

There are many issues with mediaportal creating graphs/initiating tv cards etc when resuming from sleep. Try a manual restart of the TVService and see if that lets you get into the tv section again.

restart.vbs exists in the specified location and it contains more comments than instruction lines...
If I turn off MP and manually restart tv server, then is working fine (restarting pc does the same thing, right?)
I will try to disable "restart MP on resume", I was thinking this helps MP to be more stable.
