Hi,

I've got a antec case on order, and wanted to order a cooler. Seems a few people here have this case, so i thought i ask.
Any idea on what is the best cpu cooler for them? I was concerned about the height.

I'm running a 4850e. Was kinda thinking a Scythe Mini Ninja? But not sure if that will fit?

Any thoughts would be choice!

cheers.

I have this cooler in my case. I too wondered if I was too adventurous in my purchase of the Scythe Mini Ninja, but the height was fine with mm's of head room :)

The only problem you could have is if your CPU socket on the motherboard is too close to an edge. I thought I had plenty of room, but I ended up having to remove a case fan just so I could lever the cooler into place and then put the fan back again. If it was any closer to an end, I wouldnt have been able to do that.

The cooler is ideal for this case though, being only mm's away from the case fans maximises airflow through the fins without the need for an additional fan on the cooler itself.
