I need to replace my Blue-Ray player in my Home Theatre setup.  Most of the content I watch I stream so the Blu-Ray gets very little use ,however I need the player to be,  Region Free in both DVD & Blu-Ray , 4K resolution and be able to play 3D Movies and lastly to represent value for money.
