My 4 year old set our TV into restricted profile and set a password that no one knows.. I have read all the manuals.. and tried some YouTube videos... I have had zero success! Would anyone on here, kindly know how I can factory reset with only having  access to restricted mode. I would be very appreciative of any help that anyone could offer. TIA.

have you tried this. While the PIN code entering screen is displayed, press INFO button on TV remote 4 times within 5 seconds, this will clear the old/ previous pin code (whatever it is) and you can enter a new pin code of your choice/ an easy one like 1234 in TV to proceed further in TV menu.
