I'm wanting to extend the sky signal from my parents in-law main room, into their bedroom.  I'm thinking of running cat5e or similar cable as I dont like the wireless solutions (interference/troublesome).

The tv in the bedroom is nothing special 14inch, so I dont need HD just plain composite and IR blaster/extender.  Can anyone recommend any devices?
