Hi guys, I was silly enough to buy an ex display Bose 500 soundbar from P B Tech. It’s arrived with no power cord, remote or hdmi cord. I am trying to find a replacement power supply , I have tried online support who have suggested going back to PPT. I have rung them and they have asked to bring in the soundbar and they will see what power supplies they stock. The power supply is  a DT24V-1.8C, 24v DC, 1.875A any ideas where I can buy one from? Cheers

I think that he solution to the problem lies with PB. Ex-demo doesn't mean Ex-cluding any item, the fact that it's been a demonstration item indicates that the entire package is there - otherwise they could not have demonstrated it in a working state.

Did they state "Oh, BTW, there's a reason for the discount, not even gonna get working kit"? I mean if they did then yes, silly you. But if not, then PB need to sort their act out & fast. Straight up, you do not need to be buying anything, your buying is done. PB didn't supply the full kit & they now owe you a working Bose Soundbar. I wouldn't accept a refund either, you bought a working soundbar, they have an obligation to provide you with one. If they can't find the parts to complete your purchase then they can no-cost upgrade you.

And what do they mean for you to bring it in? This is their error, not yours. If they need to see the soundbar (Really? They can't work this one out without seeing the unit?) then they should pop over to your house with a selection of power supplies.

Also, I knew I had a Bose charger somewhere in the depths of the laptop & other such things charger box. I found it, but it's DT20V.

That’s what I expected as well it was advertised as full product, the warranty was even the same as a new one , I didn’t think I would have to take it in and show them what it looks like I thought they could of got a power supply of a 700 that they have in stock . I have emailed them back last night . It does work which is at least one good thing I have one in the lounge at the moment but needed a second one for a family room so tested it with my old one. Thank you for looking for a power supply.

If you've already got one try taking a picture of the power supply and sending it to Pbtech. They probably have a box of lost and separated items and just need to look for it. Is it branded Bose or just some random psu manufacturer?

I have both a spare remote and power supply for a Bose 500 Soundbar (my soundbar was replaced under warranty, was only required to send the original soundbar back).

Let me know if you'd like them. Just cover courier.
